Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the W.H. Academy website or enrolling in any tutoring services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
⚠️ These terms apply to the W.H. Academy tutoring service operated by M. Rehan Safdar, based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
1. Services Offered
W.H. Academy provides online and home tutoring services for:
Class 6, 7, and 8 students
Matric (SSC) level students
FSc (Part 1 & 2) students
Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, General Science, Chemistry, Computer Science
Services include live tutoring sessions, chapter-wise quizzes, recorded lectures, and WhatsApp-based support.
2. Enrollment & Fees
Enrollment is confirmed after completing the enrollment form and discussing the schedule with the academy.
Monthly fees must be paid in advance as agreed during enrollment.
Fee structure is subject to change with 1 month's prior notice.
No refunds are provided for completed months of tuition.
A trial/demo class may be offered before enrollment — this does not obligate you to enroll.
3. Student & Parent Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.
Missed sessions without prior notice (24 hours minimum) are non-refundable.
Students must have a stable internet connection for online sessions.
Respectful conduct toward the tutor is required at all times.
Parents/guardians of minor students are responsible for supervising their child's participation.
4. Intellectual Property
All study materials, notes, quizzes, and content provided by W.H. Academy are for personal educational use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or publish these materials without written permission.
5. Website Use
The website is provided "as is" for informational purposes.
We are not responsible for any downtime or technical issues outside our control (e.g., GitHub Pages outages).
Feedback submitted through our forms must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to not display inappropriate content.
6. Limitation of Liability
W.H. Academy and M. Rehan Safdar are not liable for any loss of marks, academic failure, or other outcomes resulting from tutoring services. Academic success depends on the student's own effort and circumstances. We commit to providing quality tutoring instruction to the best of our ability.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the tutoring arrangement with 2 weeks' notice. W.H. Academy reserves the right to discontinue services to any student who engages in disrespectful or disruptive behavior, without refund of fees.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion in good faith.
